On the main level are also 2 large bedrooms with private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the pool deck, and each bedroom has a king bed and a twin studio bed (couch or bed for third person).



The upper lever has breathtaking views of Tankah Bay over the palms trees. You will enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the expansive palapa-covered deck. The large centrally located great room offers a fully-equipped kitchen; eat at bar; dining area; conversation area; and office area. The focal point of the great room is a naturally sculptured jungle tree that extends from the floor, through the bar, to the ceiling. There are two large bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and private bath.



On the street level there is covered parking, lots of storage space, and there is also a small apartment where the house staff currently live.



The rooftop terrace wet bar, dining table, and comfortable lounges is perfect for sunning and enjoying the beauty of the sunrises and sunsets of the Mexican Riviera and magnificent stargazing.
